Contact the App Store or Google Play: Refunds for subscriptions made through mobile apps are processed via the respective app stores. As such, you'll need to initiate a refund request through the platform you used:
Why Can't Nebula Process the Refund Directly?: Subscriptions for mobile apps are processed via Google Play and the App Store. Unfortunately, we don't have direct control over these payments. This is outlined in our Terms of Service, specifically in section 5.7.
If you encounter challenges with the refund process, we can offer an alternative solution:
- Compensation with Credits: We can compensate the deducted funds with credits in our application. These credits will allow you to communicate with our astrologers.
