If you used the astrologers' service and are not satisfied with an answer you received - please let us know about it and send to us the information below through the "Submit request" button with all information about your case, so we can check your order and make sure that your request is resolved as soon as possible:
- description of the problem and why you consider an astrologer's answer to be not satisfactory;
- your name in the app;
- your birth details: date of birth (please, use the format YYYY-MM-DD), place of birth (City, Country), time of birth;
- service and the name of an astrologer that you chose;
- date of your chat/order;
- anything that confirms that you were charged for the service.
Please submit your request to us by performing the following actions, so we’ll be able to check the information about your device:

- Press the "Support" button.
