How to ask for a refund for Nebula services?
We understand that sometimes issues arise, and you may seek a refund or compensation for your Nebula mobile subscription. Here's a guide to help you navigate this process.

- Firstly, you should check your transaction.
- If you have not paid to Apple or Google, it might be AskNebula web service. Please refer to this article: How can I receive the refund for AskNebula services?
- If you see that you have paid to Apple or Google in the transaction information, you should contact Apple or Google Play support to receive the refund.
Unfortunately, we have no access to such transactions because these payments are managed by Apple/Google Subscriptions for mobile apps are processed via Google Play and the App Store. Unfortunately, we don't have direct control over these payments. This is outlined in our Terms of Service, specifically in section 5.7 You can find it in the settings menu in Nebula app.
