What to do?
It is a very, very rare issue that only could be caused by issues with account.
If you have faced this issue, do not worry, our support team will handle this in a minute. Just please let us know about it and send to us the information using "Contact us" option inside Nebula app in the settings.
The "Settings" menu can be accessed on the "Horoscope" tap. Just click the setting "Gear" icon in the top right corner. Then click "Contact us" button, and you will be able to submit a request. (Please note that contacting through Nebula app will give us info about your device, that will also help us in our investigations)
To make sure that your request is resolved as soon as possible, please provide us with the additional info. Here is the information we need to rapidly solve your case:
- Description of the problem;
- Screenshots of today's transactions so we will be able to compare your credits incomes
- Actions that you performed before the issue occurred (it is very important if you remember strange behavior)
As soon as we will receive this information, we will be able to help you to credit your balance with missed credits and some bonus for the inconvenience if it was our system's tech issue.
