Why might this happen?
The main reason is that each of our astrologers have individual prices per minute rate.
You can see the price that you will pay for a minute of communication with the advisors at the bottom of their photo. Also, the price will be visible on the advisor's profile page, where you can find information about a certain astrologer and in the chat at the bottom.
Each astrologer has the own "Credits per minute" cost, depending on their skills and experience. But be sure that all our astrologers are professionals and all of them has certificates or other documents confirming their expertise.
Another reason can be "Autorefill" function. Please refer to this article for details: Why was I charged automatically during chat on Nebula app? What is the "Autorefill" system for?
Nevertheless, if you used the astrologers' service and noticed that your minutes are running out too fast - please let us know about it and send to us the information through the "Submit request" button or using "Contact us" option inside Nebula app. We will be able to investigate your case and make sure that your request is resolved as soon as possible.
Here is the information we need to rapidly solve your case:
- description of the problem + screenshot if possible;
- your name (you can check it on the "Horoscope" tab)
- your date of birth (please, use the format YYYY-MM-DD),
- the name of an astrologer that you were chatting with;
- date and time of your chat (with your time zone);
