What to do if you are facing connection or other tech problems during the live-chat with astrologer?
There are several errors that our users can face, but it is a rare situation. Usually it is relater to system downtime during website updates or our database updates.
In this time, our users can receive "Something went wrong" error on the app and some errors during connection to live chats can occur.
If you have faced some tech issues during the chat, do not worry, our support team will handle this in a minute. Just please let us know about it and send to us the information using "Contact us" option inside Nebula app in the settings.
The "Settings" menu can be accessed on the "Horoscope" tap. Just click the setting "Gear" icon in the top right corner. Then click "Contact us" button, and you will be able to submit a request. (Please note that contacting through Nebula app will give us info about your device, that will also help us in our investigations)
We will investigate your case and will compensate all funds that can be lost during connection problems. Be sure. Customer satisfaction is our first aim!
But to make sure that your request is resolved as soon as possible, please provide us with the additional info. Here is the information we need to rapidly solve your case:
- description of the problem + screenshot if possible;
- your name (you can check it on the "Horoscope" tab)
- your date of birth (please, use the format YYYY-MM-DD),
- the name of an astrologer that you were chatting with;
- date and time of your chat (with your time zone);
