What to do if the user receives errors accessing the product?
We have two kinds of errors that our users can receive on the login page:
- "Something went wrong"
- "Incorrect email or password"
How to fix?
- If you are facing "Incorrect email or password" error, please try to remember your password and try once more. Also, please check if "Caps Lock" is activated and your input language.
