Here is a guide about password changing process:
There are two ways our users can mabage their passwords:
- On AskNebula website inside settings.
- During login process on https://asknebula.com/app/login page
Let's begin with "Settings" method:
- On the main page, go to the "Profile" tab and then push "Personal information" button
- On the "Personal information" page, click the "Edit" button in front of "Password" setting. Then you should enter your current password, after that you will be able to set your new password.
Password reset during login process:
- Go to https://asknebula.com/app/login page and click the "Forgot password?" button. Then enter your account's email address, after you will receive an email with reset link on this email address
- Find this email in your inbox and click on the "Reset my password" button in it. You will be redirected to AskNebula website to put your new password. Click "Save" and all is done!
