About AskNebula. Who we are? What services do we provide?
Who we are?
Nebula application - is an astrology based platform for iOS or Android devices, where user can find psychic readings & astrology guidance for being happy in relationships. This platform released by OBRIO on July 2020. Nebula was the top astrology app in the USA in summer 2020 and became the global leader by summer 2021.
In almost five years of developing Nebula, we have understood that one of the main components of a person's wellbeing is having healthy and fulfilling relationships. That is why we decided to focus on astrology for relationships.
We are available in 6 languages and 50+ countries, and we are now a community of over 12 million astrology lovers who enjoy our deeply personalized predictions every day!
What does Nebula offer?
Nebula application designed as astrology based product with different content about user's life and relationships. All content is available for free after watching some Ads or with our premium subscription to the app.
Also, as other main part, Nebula has a chat function. Our customers can use live chat function as well as offline questions to talk with our professional advisors.
How user can get Nebula?
Nebula application can only be downloaded on iOS or Android based phone or tablet.
To download it, please go to the App Store or Play Market, depending on the device used, and type "Nebula astrology" in the search bar. Or you can simply use these links:

How to access Nebula's account?
User can create his own account inside the app. To do it, user just need to tab the "Get Started" button at the bottom.
There will be a small quiz where every user can fill up their personal data and other info such as interests or relationship status.
After completing this quiz, the user can tie his account to his Gmail/Apple account or to any preferred email address.
Also, if the user already has Nebula's account, it can be accessed by tapping "Already a user?" button and the user will be able to use the preferable log in method. Gmail/Apple account or email address methods are available.

What is the Nebula application subscription?
Nebula premium subscription can be ordered right away from inside the application.
After downloading the app and after accessing the personal account on the main page in the Nebula application, you will receive the pop-up menu about premium access.
Also, you can open this popup from inside "Horoscope" tab tapping on "Unlock forever" button and from the "Settings" menu at "Unlock All Features" section.
Please note that the "Yearly" subscription is preselected, so to order 3-day trial user should select it firstly.
After tapping on "Continue" button, the user will be redirected to AppStore or PlayMarket check out where the user can see all information about selected subscription, and its price.
What benefits does the user get with app subscription?
The main features are:
- Unlimited horoscopes on the "Horoscopes" tab
- Unlimited compatibility reading on the "Compatibility" tab
- Astrology guides on the "Guides" tab
- Enjoying all content without watching the Ads
All about "Horoscope" tab and "Birth chart" section in it.
To access your horoscopes, birth chart and other information about yourself, please go to the "Horoscope" tab on the main page. There you will be able to check your horoscope for today/tomorrow/week/month/year. Scroll down to find additional information such as your biorhythms and much more.
Also, when you will scroll down, you can find info about Key astrology events, Lunar calendar, different tips for you such as: style, trends, shopping, etc...

To access your Birth chart, go to the "Horoscope" tab and click the corresponding "Birth chart" button. There you can find all information about your planets, houses and traits. Also you can click "Read more" button on "Planets" section to read a full description.
Additionally, you can check general information about different signs at the top of the "Horoscope" tab.
"Friends" functional. How to add/remove friends.
Nebula application has a "Friends" functional. Every user can add their friends to check their astrology information, horoscopes, birth charts, etc.
To do it, just tap on the "Plus" sign at the top and put friends information there as well as the name.
Your friends will appear on the list at the top. You can select and check their information just tapping on their profile.
To remove the friend from the list, go on the "Birth chat" page and push "Three dots" button at the top. In the popup menu, just click "Remove". That is all, friend should be removed
"Settings" option description
The "Settings" menu can also be accessed on the "Horoscope" tap. Just click the setting "Gear" icon in the top right corner.
There you will see the list of general settings part and documentation part.
General section
- Tapping on "Account details" setting user can manage the account. Here you can log out, delete your account and check your User ID.

- User can edit his profile at "My profile" section. Tap on the "Arrow" button and select what info should be edited and put right data in it.
- Tapping on "Unlock All Features" button will open a sales screen if you have no active subscription (This option is not visible if the premium subscription is active). You can restore your subscription from this popup if app have no access to your active subscription, and you are receiving Ads.
- "Contact Us" button allows you to reach our support team, if you have questions regarding Nebula's app functional. Or you can use "Submit request"feature on our Help Center.
- "Follow Us" section contain links to our social networks.
- "Notifications" setting is the menu where you can tune Nebula's notifications.

"Psychics" and "Chatroom" tab description. How to chat with our advisors?
So how do our main feature works?
- To start chatting, you should go to the "Advisors" tab in the app.
You will be offered to complete a little test to find a proper advisor. But you can skip it and choose by yourself, tapping on "Browse Psychics Manually" button. - If you prefer manually choosing advisors, you can use filters and astrologer's personal info to find the right one. To use filters, go to "All Psychics" tab and tap on the filter sign at the top right, select filters and tap "Apply". Also, you can tap "Reset" button to reset filters
- Each astrologer has the own "Credits per minute" cost, depending on their experience and quality. But be sure that all our astrologers are professionals and all of them has certificates or other documents confirming their expertise.
- On the Advisor's profile page, you can see their own profile with information about themselves and their areas of specialization.
- Additionally, You can find reviews about advisors' work in their profiles.
How to start chat?
- When you have chosen preferable advisors, please make sure that their status is online before writing your questions.
- If you write your message while the advisor is busy, you will send him a message that will be answered within 48 hours, but usually faster. It happens because astrologer is always focused on the live chats. But if you will start live chat, advisor will be able to see your offline message sent earlier.
- If astrologer will be busy, you will also receive a popup with astrologers that currently available for live chatting.
- After you will write a message and if advisor is "online", the chat will begins. Advisor need time to connect to the chat.
- Then you will be able to ask all your questions, give the advisor the information and wait for your answer.
Please note that astrologer need some time to give you a good reading, so please do not leave the chat until you receive your answer. When you're done, click the "End Chat" button ("Square sign") at the top left. When no credits available, chat will end. - To find your recent chat, please go to the "Chatroom" tab, and there you will be able to find all your chats.
How to top up your balance for chatting with advisors?
Nebula's users can top their balance from:
- From the live chat directly using one touch top-ups or by activating "Autorefil" option.
- From the "Chatroom" or "Advisors" tab, tapping on balance at the top tight corner.
Here you can choose preferable pack of credits.
Please note that prices can differ.
"Compatibility" tab description (available with subscription)
This section allows users to check the compatibility with their friends/co-workers/parents/etc.
To do it, go to "Comtibility" tab to access this service.
If you do not want to keep the result, you can delete it using deletion button at the top right.
"Guides" tab description
On the "Guides" tab our users can find the following information:
- Interesting articles about life and relationship from our advisors. Chose the preferable one and read whole article tapping on it. Also there is a commentary section available.
- Different astrology guides such as "How to read a palm". Available after watching the Ads or with premium subscription.
"Relationship" guide tab is designed to help you to improve your relationship. Complete the test and you will receive your guide, usually after 24 hours. There you find the steps and interesting information and guides about you and your partner.
